Best Way To End The Day🌅
In this article I'll give some advice on how I end the day and what's the most important to do. Almost everyday on my regular schedule I have a time that I need to be in bed (excluding holidays and special occasions). Before this time I have to get my daily task done. I'll usually eat something first so I'm not on an empty stomach. Afterwards I'll go walking with my dogs. Since I've already eaten and walked with my dogs, It's time for a shower. After showering it's a great time to finish up undone tasks. Everyone's got something they like to do before they go to bed, like reading watching an episode of their favourite series and so on, that's the time when I'll watch an episode or two of a series or read a book. I usually want be in bed by 9:00/9:30 on the weekdays (weekends are my exception). After talking about my schedule I think it's best to explain the most important things that must be done before going to bed. I think it's important to get in a shower, finish undone assignments, complete household tasks and do something you enjoy before bed. A tip from me is to do the messy work first then take a shower. Remeber it's also very important that you change your sheets, so that you don't have dirt, dandruff and so on in your bed.
Sleep Schedule🌙 🛏
It's very important to get in a good night's sleep, so that you have enough energy for the next day. Scientific studies show that having at least 7 hours of sleep can improve how you function the next day. Sleeping is extremely important because it's the body's way of regenerating. Having an irregular sleeping pattern is also hard to function with, but if you continue on one time going to bed and waking up, you should have a healthy sleeping pattern in about 12 weeks. Yes this takes work but it's worth it, the schedule will allow you to feel more fresh because you're already used to it and you'll be able to accomplish more in the morning. The best way to determine your sleeping schedule is to find an approximate time you want to wake up every morning and then go back 7 hours if you are 18 and above, if you are younger I advise to put it 8 hours in. If you have trouble falling asleep there are always ways to make your room more comfortable, scroll down to read about how to make your room more comfortable.
Making Your Room More Comfy
Having a room that shouts your personality is helpful with lots of things! It helps you improve your sleeping, gives you a boost of inspiration, and just makes you happy. Some ways to customize and give your room a comfy feeling are by piling up the pillows because you can never have enough pillows! Adding curtains and painting the walls in colours and patterns you like can give a whole new look towards your bedroom. For that extra cozy feeling you can hang up pictures of great times you had and the people you love. To make a bed even more comfortable you can add more blankets, fairy lights, a bed side table, reading lights and a headboard if you don't already have one (you can make it on your own or purchase one). Adding lights and small accessories to the room will give details to stare at for an eternity. Hope my tips helped you and remeber to write me a comment in the Advice/Comments page.
